Conexión invites us to connect with our essence and return to the origin: the earth and its regenerative power. It is located in the Anglican Church of Saint George, a space for dialogue and debate that explores how we will live together, recognizing that the relationship between society and the individual is dynamic and generates change, allowing us to evolve as human beings.
The Conexión project, created by artist and architect Lidia León Cabral, LiLeón, and art critic Roberta Semeraro, will represent the Dominican Republic Pavilion at the 17th International Architecture Exhibition of the Venice Biennale. The installation, coupled with a series of audiovisuals and other collateral activities, encourages various communities to reflect on how we will live together.
